Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. This is a solicitation to order a “Basic Company Listing” in the “PROFESSIONAL SERVICES” page of www.ownlegacy.com, an online publication of MyLegacy LLC. 
2.	The business listing hereby solicited contains the following information: Name of Company, Type of Product or Service, Category or Description, Address or Location, Contact Numbers, Website/URL, and your Company Logo or Product. 
3.	The owner or representative of the business shall activate the account online and may modify the information initially presented. He will be solely responsible for the information displayed therein, after account is activated.
4.	MyLegacy LLC will not be responsible or liable with respect to any error or omission in the publication and any consumer failure to connect to the company’s website, or potential loss in business due to wrong information published in the “Professional’s Page”. The liability of MyLegacy LLC in the performance of its responsibilities under this agreement shall be limited to the charges for the advertisement. No adjustments shall be made to the advertising charges for the reason of suspension or termination of customer’s internet or telephone service, or modification of address due to relocation.   
5.	MyLegacy LLC warrants that only the above mentioned information be published in the website, and that no other warranty, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose is made or represented.
6.	MyLegacy LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for consequential and/or special damages. 
7.	The billing period for “Basic Company Listing” starts upon activation of the account online, and shall last for one year. Promotions and special offers shall be considered if applicable. 
8.	Payment shall be required at initial registration, covering the first year's business listing. 
9.	For those paying via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, there will be no recurring payments. You will only be paying for the current year's subscription charge and a record of the transaction will be emailed to you for that subscription period.  
10.	MyLegacy LLC’s receipt of this activated online form shall constitute acceptance.

OwnLegacy.com also provides easy access to other advertising media that your company may require. Upon activation of your account for the "Basic Company Listing" feature, options to upload either Banners or Sponsor buttons will be displayed for your selection. A different pricing scheme, based on click-through and views, govern this selection.
